DAVE LUNDAHL - PRESIDENT

Founded Point Five Windows, Inc. in 1981. Dave graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1968 with a degree in Finance. After serving in the United States Navy from 1968 through 1972 as an aviator, Dave acted as General Manager of a firm engaged in the manufacture of custom windows. Since its founding in 1981, Dave has been the driving force behind the development of Point Five Windows, Inc. and its system and process.  He also designed and wrote the company application utilized by Point Five personnel for the quotation of its products and the management of its manufacturing and inventory utilization.

GORDON HANNAFORD - VICE PRESIDENT

Gordon graduated from Ripon College in 1968 with a degree in Economics. His experience prior to joining Point Five included 13 years as a business analyst employed by Dunn & Bradstreet. He joined Point Five as co-owner in 1984 and is responsible for staffing, training, employee benefits and personnel administration.

RANDY HELZER - VICE PRESIDENT OF  SALES

Randy joined Point Five in 1989 as a key member of the Engineering Department, with a focus on palatial estate projects. He implement the company's first CADD system and developed the current shop drawing format. During his tenure at Point Five, he has also served as project manager and sales manager. Randy received a degree in fine art from Colorado State University with course work in business and construction management. Prior to joining the Point Five team, he was employed by the commercial architectural firm of Wickham & Associates.

DOUG WICHLACZ - VICE PRESIDENT - OPERATIONS

Doug joined Point Five in August of 1998. Having earned a degree in Business Administration Doug brings over 15 years of experience at the operational, sales and executive levels within the wood products manufacturing industry. He is responsible for all operational activities including coordinating quality control and safety. A tested leader and team builder, with experience on the floor and in the Board Room, his strength is based on his exceptional combination of organizational and people skills.

JERRY JAYCOX - DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING

Jerry has a diverse range of experiences complimentary to Point Five Windows, including a broad experience in tooling design, mechanical analysis and product design. Prior to joining Point Five Windows in 1991, Jerry was employed in the boating industry in a design and engineering capacity, and he is the holder of a United States Patent. In addition to managing the Engineering Department, Jerry's responsibilities include product design, engineering and testing.

BARRY SCHNEIDER - SALES ASSOCIATE

Barry joined the Point Five sales team in 2007. He earned a degree in Technical Journalism/Public Relations from Colorado State University, and has 13 years experience in sales and management with a Fortune 100 company. His key focus is building quality relationships with architects and contractors, while providing them with all the information necessary to ensure the fenestration aspect of their project runs smoothly.

Nathan joined the point five sales team in 2008 with nearly 10 years experience in the housing industry,  in construction management as well as real estate sales.  This experience allows Nathan to understand how important communication is, not only to the relationship he has with architects and builders, but to the overall success of every project.  He strives in every way to exceed the expectations he has established with his clients, continuing to make them feel confident that they can recommend Point Five Windows without reservation.
